Job Title: Veteran/Youth Outreach Coordinator

Brief Overview:

As a representative of Tomorrow’s Hunter Inc., you will be supporting and growing our mission in several different areas. We believe that helping America’s wounded veterans and their families will allow us to do the following:

- Bridge the gap between the wounded veteran and their children.
-Create an environment for them to spend time together outdoors
-Strengthen family ties and allow for a rebuilding of relationships
-Give the child an opportunity to experience hunting, fishing or shooting

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties
-Contact and build relationships with licensed hunting and fishing guides/outfitters, sporting clay ranges and
archery clubs within the state.
-Solicit them to donate guided hunts, fishing trips and shooting opportunities.

Outreach
-Contact family readiness offices and youth centers on all military installations within the state to coordinate opportunities and events for base service member’s children.
-The focal point will be offering hunter education to the kids on base, donating children’s books to the youth centers through the Tomorrow’s Hunter children’s book program and coordinating group events as described above.
- All events will be broadcast to our wounded warrior programs that we work with, in order to offer the opportunity to those members across that particular state.

(This is a volunteer position only and is non-compensated. Applicant must be able to provide DD-214 and proof of WWP, AW2, AFW2 or Navy Safe Harbor membership due to combat and/or active duty related injuries. Active duty retirees may also apply for this postition. Further specific details on the position's interworkings will be outlined upon the position being accepted) This position is state specific and will encompass the entire state in which the verteran lives. There will be (1) position available per state unless the work load requires that a 2nd position be created.
